Kat Klironomos

Kat is currently a Senior at the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. She is studying Recreation, Sport & Tourism, with a concentration in Sport Management in the College of Applied Health Sciences. Kat has been an avid sports fan since she was a toddler living in Athens, Greece. Her love of basketball started at 5 years old when she joined a club team and was the only girl. After the first season, a trend started and in the next couple of years young girls played on co-ed teams until they were old enough to join an all-girls team.

Kat played hoops in both Greece and Chicago. Experiences such as enduring success and defeat, working under pressure and handling adversity have helped her gather valuable knowledge on and off the court. She is looking forward to opportunities and experiences in the Sports Management field and understands that doing work outside of working hours leads to a competitive advantage. At NOMOS she researches prospective international clients and provides support during their recruiting process, while communicating directly to NCAA coaches. Additionally, she supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
