February is progressing with very good outings from the Greek volleyball youngsters, who raised the bar even higher. Starting with the incredible Hawaiian duo, Mouchlias was the 1st scorer in 3 matches and Hakas in 1, adding 5 more dubs! New personal records in total blocks for Kagialis with 7, Chakas with 5 and Mandilaris with 4! In fact, the outside Chakas recorded two more personal highs of 5 assists and 6 digs! Dimitris Mouchlias & Spyros Chakas
With an 8 win-streak and 5 sweeps, Mouchlia’s and Chaka’s Hawaii University (12-2) is preparing for its first conference match on March 2nd. A great streak and great performances from the Greeks, who contributed significantly to these victories. More specifically, Dimitris and Spyros’s stats:

Angelos Mandilaris
The conference matches for Mandilaris’ Ball State started, adding 3 wins and 1 loss in their now 9-2 overall record. On the 2nd weekend of February, the Cardinals easily beat # 6 Lewis University in 3 and McKendree University in 4. The outside from Chalkida had a fantastic performance, mainly offensively, with 18 kills, 2 assists, 1 ace, 2 blocks and 5 digs in the 1st match and 8 kills, 1 ace, 4 blocks and 3 digs in the 2nd. In fact, against # 6 LU, Mandilaris not only was the top scorer of his team, but also his offensive efficiency was at 59.3%. Then, on February 17th and 19th, they faced Purdue Fort Wayne and Loyola University Chicago where they won in 5 and lost in 3 respectively. In the loss against LUC, Mandilaris had 8 kills, 1 assist, 2 blocks and 4 digs.

Michalis Kagialis & Nikos Kalagasidis
What a winning week for Kagialis and Kalagasidis of Simpson University (3-3), starting their conference obligations very dynamically! On February 18th and 19th, with two away wins against Saint Katherine University and Westcliff University, the Redhawks showed they were ready for CalPac. More specifically, against SKU, Kagialis with 71.4% offensive efficiency, 5 kills, 1 assist, 3 blocks and 1 dig and Kalagasidis with 2 kills, 28 assists, 1 ace, 1 block and 8 digs helped SU reach the desired result quickly. Then, in the victory over WU, Kagialis, being the top scorer for his team, scored 6 kills, 1 dig and 7 blocks and Kalagasidis had 5 kills, 21 assists, 2 aces, 4 digs and 1 block.
