Lida was born and raised in Volos, Greece, and has been a member of the NOMOS family since 2022. She started playing volleyball at the age of 14 and till the age of 18, she competed for the U16, U17 and U18 National Team of Greece, while also competing in the top professional league in Greece. She holds a Bachelor's of Science in Family Consumer Science from Bradley University (started Freshman year at Washington State University), and is currently playing professional volleyball in Greece as well as working in the Sales department of Wolt.
In Peoria, she served as an athletic compliance Intern and a Teaching Assistant in a various courses in the athletic tutoring department for 2 consecutive semesters. She contributed to Washington’s State historic moment, which was making it to sweet sixteen back in 2019, in the NCAA tournament. During her first year at Bradley University, she played in 23 matches and started twice, averaged 1.41 kills per set, posted a season-best 14 kills and hit .429 against Texas-San Antonio. Helped highlight the win at Evansville with 11 kills and a season-high six blocks.
Lida is currently involved with athlete-level consulting, updating (coaching lists, statistics and conference leaders), sending emails out for athletes and serving as a NIL specialist for NOMOS.
