Andrea Milodanovic

Andrea Milodanovic has dedicated over three decades to volleyball as both an elite coach and leader. She currently serves as Sports Director and Head Coach of Szegedi Röplabda Egyesület in Hungary, where she oversees coach education, player development, and the overall performance of the club’s selections. Under her leadership, the club earned a gold medal in the Hungarian 2nd Division Championship and continues to compete at the highest level of Hungarian volleyball.

Originally from Subotica, Serbia, Andrea is a graduate of the University of Physical Education in Niš, specializing in volleyball coaching. Her extensive career includes head coaching and assistant coaching roles across top women’s volleyball clubs in Hungary and Serbia, as well as service with the Serbian Volleyball Federation at the national cadet level. Throughout her career, she has contributed to numerous championship titles, podium finishes in national leagues and cups, and a 6th-place finish at the European Championship.

Known for her leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to athlete development, Andrea combines deep tactical knowledge with a passion for mentoring coaches and players alike. Her international experience, multilingual abilities, and lifelong dedication to the sport continue to shape successful programs and competitive teams across Europe.
